On the management side, we train, support, and share. At BETC FULLSIX as well as across the group, managers are coached throughout the year to strengthen their leadership, sharpen their feedback, listen better, and take care of their teams. Dialogue is a key skill, and skills can be learned.
Add to that our “short conversations”, informal check-ins that complete the annual review and help keep everyone aligned, plus an HR team always ready to help you shape the role that fits you best.
