Our offices are not just anonymous meeting spots. Each agency is imagined as a living space of its own. They are designed to be the ultimate playgrounds for creative minds, adapting to every rhythm and every way of working, daydreaming, gathering, or finding quiet.

It’s at the Magasins Généraux in Pantin, the group’s flagship, that this philosophy took shape. There, the agency became a small city: with its Cantine and studios, its terraces and walkways, its nap spots, gyms, brainstorm rooms, benches, sofas, and glowing boxes. You can get lost in it, run into people, settle down. You can wander, sweat, and of course, create.

And this model does not stop in Paris. It inspires every space across the group. Because a well designed place is not a backdrop: it is an invisible engine. It sparks serendipity, unexpected encounters, ideas that appear in a hallway or around a “By the way” table (that’s how their designers called them). It invites you to roam, to make the space your own, to ignore the guided path. It lets you live your work rather than live at work (even though we do hybrid work too).
