Great ideas never stay on the page. We work every day to make them real, make them bold, make them win. Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest… every year, dozens of campaigns are entered into competition, and many are awarded. Not for the glory. For the impact.

A creative award is proof of transformation. It is an idea that changed the game, that flipped a brand’s perspective, that found the perfect mental judo move. It helps our talent grow, our clients perform, and the agency to reach higher. It is our ultimate playing field.

This culture is nurtured on the regular, through briefs and beyond. With our Wild Cards initiative, our internal soft competition, anyone can propose a high potential idea for any client in the agency. Any role, any level, any format. What matters is the idea, its audacity, its relevance. Boards are judged blindly, so the best ones rise to the top.

And every season, there are more of them. Around 200 boards each year with a selection rate below 1 percent.
