To complement everything you’ll learn from the brilliant minds driving this place, we created Non Stop Learning: our in-house growth program. A program built to sharpen skills, stay ahead of industry shifts, that includes tackling the challenges and responsibilities of AI across every role. On the menu: business-focused talks, internal masterclasses, and trainings to decode tech, social and cultural trends as fast as possible.
Throughout the year, we also bring inspiration directly to our teams: Prosumer insights, the new research led by our strategy department, conferences on Diversity with Philonomist, future-casting with the Institut des Futurs souhaitables, and health & wellbeing talks to keep us grounded while we reach higher.
