Custom workshops to level up your craft and confidence on a real client pitch.

For almost 15 years, the BETC Academy has been a key milestone for young talent at the agency.

It is a true totem of our culture, where interns and apprentices are propelled right into the heart of the craft: understanding a brief, working as a team, presenting an idea, convincing a client.

By creating “micro agencies” mixing creatives, account teams and strategists from across the agency, participants spend several weeks working on a real client or NGO brief. Their mentors are agency leaders. Their playground is the same as the pros. And at the end: a presentation in front of clients, a jury, and the entire agency.

In recent years, our Academy teams have tackled challenges from Bud, Decathlon, the French League for the Protection of Birds or Aides.

It is demanding, intense, but above all transformative. Many of the people who make BETC what it is today came through this program. And for the winning teams, the campaign can even go into production, as was the case for the Spring 2025 promotion for Aides (stay tuned for the Aides campaign unveiling in December 2025).

The BETC Academy is more than a competition. It is a chance to shine. And often, the first step toward a real career with us.
