A real client brief, a competition, you: welcome to the BETC Academy.

For nearly 15 years, the BETC Academy has been a key milestone for the agency's young talents. More than a competition, it's a chance to shine and often, the first step towards a real career with us.

A true totem of our homegrown culture, the BETC Academy propels interns and apprentices to the heart of the craft: understanding a brief, working as a team, imagining and presenting an idea, convincing a client. For 10 days, participants work on a real client or nonprofit brief, supported by coaches all leaders within the agency. And at the end: a presentation in front of the clients, a jury… and the entire agency.

Parmi les briefs récents : Disney, Décathlon, la Ligue de Protection des Oiseaux, Aides ou encore Amnesty International.

C'est un exercice exigeant, intense, mais surtout transformateur. Beaucoup de celles et ceux qui font BETC aujourd'hui sont passé·e·s par là. Et pour les vainqueur·euse·s, la campagne peut aller jusqu'à la production, comme l'a prouvé la promotion Printemps 2025 pour l'association Aides.
