A program designed for interns and apprentices to learn, grow, and reveal your potential.
Joining BETC means starting a journey designed to help you find your place, discover the agency's crafts, the spaces where they come to life, the people who master them, and give you all the keys to grow with us.
From your very first day, you join the Young Talents program with a full onboarding day : breakfast, icebreakers, meeting the other interns and apprentices, an introduction to the agency, and the famous Magasins Généraux tour, Pantin Express edition.
Over the weeks, you attend internal Masterclasses to explore the agency's areas of expertise, have the opportunity to take part in an internal competition on a real client brief (the BETC Academy), and discover the many opportunities to evolve with us.
More than an internship or apprenticeship, it's a journey designed to launch your career. And it's no coincidence that the group has been HappyIndex® Trainees certified for nearly 10 years.
