Joining BETC means starting a journey designed to help you find your place, discover the agency’s craft, the spaces where it happens, the people who master it, and give you everything you need to grow with us.
From day one, you enter the Young Talents program, with a reinvented onboarding experience: breakfast, ice breakers, tours, meet and greets, blind test, escape game, and of course the iconic Magasins Généraux tour (see Playground for creative minds) in its Pantin Express version.
But that is only the beginning. Throughout the weeks, you participate in six internal masterclasses to explore the agency’s expertise (see Learn the ropes, from the best). You take part in an internal competition on a real client brief (see BETC Academy). And you discover multiple opportunities to grow with us (see Beyond the internship).
All of this in a cohort environment, along with 60 other young talents who, like you, are taking their first steps at BETC.
More than an internship, it is a program designed to launch your career. And it is no coincidence that the group has been awarded HappyIndex Trainees (see HappyTrainees article) for nearly 10 years.
