Equality is part of our DNA... and it shows

In 2025, BETC, BETC Fullsix and POP reaffirm their commitment to gender equality with scores above the national average — reflecting a strong HR policy and concrete actions implemented on a daily basis.

In 2025, BETC, BETC Fullsix and POP continued their commitment to gender equality, and their Gender Equality Index scores speak for themselves:

  • BETC: 99/100 (vs. 99 in 2024)
  • BETC Fullsix: 94/100 (vs. 93 in 2024)
  • POP: 93/100 (first Index calculated)

As a reminder, the Gender Equality Index is based on 4 to 5 indicators (depending on company size): pay gaps, differences in salary increases and promotions, mandatory salary increases following maternity leave, and the number of women among the top 10 highest earners. These scores, above the French average (88.5 in 2025), reflect a strong HR policy and concrete actions put in place, such as:

  • Salary increases above the legal requirement following maternity leave
  • Enhanced support before and after maternity leave, ensuring this period is experienced smoothly by employees and in close collaboration with their managers
  • An additional two weeks of fully paid leave for second parents, on top of the statutory one-month leave
  • Access to “High Potential” programs for women
  • Preventive actions against sexist and sexual violence

BETC, BETC Fullsix and POP will continue their efforts to keep improving. See you in 2026!
