Havas announces the launch of a new creative powerhouse in the Middle East, now operating as BETC Middle East.

Paris, October 21, 2025 — The initiative will be led by Bertille Toledano, CEO of BETC, appointed President of Havas Creative Network and CEO of Havas Creative Middle East, to strengthen the Group’s commitment to world-class creativity and bold production capabilities across the region.

Bertille Toledano will continue as CEO of BETC. Since joining the Group in 2012, alongside Stéphane Xiberras (President & Chief Creative Officer BETC and Head of the Global Creative Council of Havas Creative Network), she has helped accelerate BETC’s international profile, recognized among others by its #1 WARC 2024 ranking.

BETC Middle East is designed as a culturally relevant, locally insightful, globally outstanding creative partner: bringing together creative, PR, CX, production and events to help brands build stronger platforms and deliver ideas across every touchpoint.

As part of the launch, Havas Creative Middle East agencies will be renamed BETC Middle East. Bertille Toledano will work closely with Yannick Bolloré, Donna Murphy and Mercedes Erra, with the support of Alberto Canteli and Dany Naaman, to unlock the region’s creative and business potential, leveraging Havas’ Converged.AI strategy.

“In the age of AI, our clients are increasingly seeking to partner with creative powerhouses that are culturally relevant, locally insightful, and globally outstanding,” said Yannick Bolloré, CEO, Havas.

“The Middle East represents one of our most dynamic growth regions, and her creative vision, international experience, and entrepreneurial spirit will help us unlock its full potential,” added Donna Murphy, CEO, Havas Creative & Health Networks.
